Ok today my trailer landing gear wouldn’t go up so the company had someone come out and cut the legs off so now I have the trailer stuck connected to the the truck I want to know is this safe riding like this and could I get and trouble with landing gear in this position because I have a load that’s due coming from Texas to Iowa and they told me make delivery we will worry about the landing gear some other time

If it were me, personally, I'd go with it.
    Maybe @Ridgeline has different solution.

It’s fine to go down the road with no landing gear. Some cryo tankers didn’t even have landing gear as a weight savings, they used special cradles to support it if it need to be disconnected from truck. I’ve seen bottom dumps with no gear to. Not saying it isn’t odd what the company decided to do, but nothing unsafe about it. Inconvenient yes, unsafe no

I had the same thing happen. The road service came out cut one of the legs & kept it moving. Can't let one leg stop the progress. When one acts up "hop" on the other one:D:D

Long as your shipper or receiver doesn't want you to drop the trailer no problem

Just put 2 stacks of about 10 pallets under each side if you need to drop the trailer, empty of course
