I was working for US xpress and I had had gotten terminated because they told me and had me sign papers saying I can have a rider on my truck, so once I got that rider they told me I did not sign the proper paperwork for that rider, and now on my dac report it says that I violated company policy. Because of this company policy violation is hard for another job to hire me so what can I do or say so I can still drive trucks?

Hire a truck lawyer - Prove them wrong / get it cleared from your DAC

Hate to ask, but did you receive and keep a copy of the paperwork you signed? Get copies of everything you sign and read everything before you sign it. Keep them on file for about ever, (Forever). I know that doesn't help you now, but it will down the road. You would still be driving for them if you had the paper and were able to show them a supervisors signature and your own saying you could have that particular rider.

Where is your location? Plenty of companies will hire you and will only ask what the violation was just to see if what you say is the same as on the DAC.

That paper you signed was likely just the company policy outlining the procedure if you want to take a passenger with you. The feds require written authorization for that specific passenger, not just a blanket "yeah, he can have a ride-along" . That permission varies from company to company, often times requiring a photo ID, and might be for a limited duration (at the end of which you'd have to seek reauthorization). There might be age requirements or other things like "immediate family only" attached to the policy the company might have. The company might also have a requirement that you are employed there for a specified length of time prior to any passenger requests being authorized.

So my question is, did you REALLY get authorization for that passenger? Or did you simply sign a paper acknowleging the fact that you are aware of the company's rider policy?

No I am a new driver and he never explained to me that I needed their I.D. or anything, when we was signing papers and came to the rider part none of that was explained nor does it say it on the paper work I believe.

I'd contact Nick Strimbu Inc. in Brookfield,OH. They're Teamsters and not a mega outfit.
I'll give you a few more names also and you can apply to as many as you like, then take the best offer:
    Bryan Systems in Montpelier,OH
    K&B Transportation
    West Side Transport
    Navajo Express
Freymiller -hires new cdl grads and drivers with less than 6 mos. experience under the "Restore Program" which is on the website.
    Titan Transfer
    Dutch Maid Logistics in Willard,OH
    Abilene Motor Express
    Magnum Ltd.
    Britton Transport
    Green Transportation in Holland,MI
    PI&I Motor Express in Masury,OH
    TransAm
    Western Express
    USA Truck
    Garner Trucking in Findlay,OH
    Southern Refrigerated Transport
Tiger Truck Lines in New Albany,IN

Can give you more names if you need them, but probably have a job with one of these in a few days. You may get some rejections, but you'll also get some job offers.
Do the online applications, then follow with a phone call and say, "I'm checking on my job application."
I'd also say, "the violation of company policy is because I didn't fully understand the rider policy the way it was explained to me. In retrospect, I should have asked more questions."
