I've always wanted to get a little treager pellet smoker and mount it on the deck plate. Havent done it yet, come spring thats my plan.

Walmart has a small Foreman type grill for $10. That is what I use.
They last a long time, but for $10 they are easy to replace when needed.RussianBearTruckeR Thanks this. -
Has anyone messed around with having an Air Fryer Oven in the sleeper area? I understand you can make mean fried chicken in that bad boy (less oil but still a crunchy outer texture)
