I have a 2ws 550 3406e that doesn't have the power I think it should have. I have ran the overhead, replaced the fuel pump, replaced the mufflers with m100463,put exhaust manifold and stage 1 turbo from PDI and new boost sensor. The truck has 18sp with 336 gears. The pyro runs at 950, max boost is 35psi. loaded. But when I pull into a hill ( not very big hills) with boost at 30 or so I don't gain any boost I lose boost, pyro climbs to 1050 before I downshift. I would like to run about 1500rpm in 18th about 65mph. But when I get about 1400rpm it don't hold well.I had a friend give me Mr.Haneys phone number but I wanted to do everything I could before I called him. Then I lost his number. Any ideas what I should do next would be helpful. Thanks.

336 gears don't help on the hills. Have you pressurized the CAC to ck for leaks? Might also ck hump hoses for leaks.

I did change the hoses, and pressure checked the cac.
I got this truck a year ago and it never did have as much power as the old b model cats.

I am thinking about getting a pro-link IQ with cat software to check things out. The nearest place that will work on cats is 250mi.away.
Not sure what all I can change as far as engine power.

Check the fuel check valves that are pressed into the flange on your primer pump. They have a tendancy to losen up, if one or the other flips it will reduce fuel flow. If it flips over completly, you will be left dead in the water, scratching your head wondering what just happened. Also - have your electronic timing sensor checked, on some of the E's and C-15's if replaced it needs to be re-calibrated. It can be found on the gear housing, a 1" diameter round sensor with 2 wires.

C/k fuel feed lines from tank to pump can be rotten w sucking in some air just not enough to kill the engine 30 pounds of boast is not enough sounds like a turbo problem does thus turbo have a waste gate I would pinch the line off and start there if not done so also check the linkage I would also check the intake for the air compressor maybe block it off and roadtest it
