Does anyone have any info about Driver Solutions? How does it stack up against other schools?

The schooling is fast pace and you. Will have to learn. Retain and apply everything that you do at c1. But here in Indy the instructors are very good and the training moves at a high pace. So be ready to work if you come here.

Just got done with training at C1 in indy, great place fast pace but all and all the instructors really care about the students to get them to state! I would recomend C1 to anyone! Just make sure that this is what you want and are serious about this!

Sorry, I don't mean to appear dense, but what does this mean? Is there a particular school that is used by accounts like this, or does each account use its own? If there are certain schools that are used by soda and beer accounts, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc, which schools are they? Do you have any recommendations for or against?

I am actually waiting to get into PIA in northern wv, as noone takes fafsa I can get my state to help me pay for it. I too am hoping to be local, I figure I will have to go regional to get some experience but hopefully get into a local company somewhere in pittsburgh columbus or indiana. All the schools Ive spoken with have recruiters and most are over the road. They all say I can get local but they havent said any names of locals.

Thanks for the info. If you don't mind my asking, what schools have you spoken with?

I'm no tax accountant, but if you itemize when you file your taxes, I'll bet you could deduct the tuition to the driving school. You could probably also deduct any other education-related expenses, such as gasoline or mileage, lodging, meals, faxes, etc while away. Be sure to keep track of all miles driven, and keep all of your receipts.
