I have been driving for 2 years as a company driver, now the company I work for wants me to find extra work.We haul our own equipment but it does not keep me that busy. Need to find out which load boards are the best for equipment hauling. We only have a beaver tail trail king a land doll and a flatbed right now. Located in Colorado and want to stay west of Mississippi River. Don't want to go to Florida to pick up a load. Never know when Company will need me to haul our own equipment. Any suggestions? Also need to know much more than asked( FSC, pay time table, permits, companies to avoid, ect). Thanks in advance for your input.

This seems a bit peculiar. It sounds like you're running either for a construction company or an equipment rental or dealership. Are you sure your company has ICC authority to haul freight as a third party carrier? If you don't have that, no freight broker will even give you the time of day.
Landolls... are really not good for freight hauling. They're heavy, they're hydraulic (get way up north in the Winter months and you'll realize the problem with that, quick), and they're a niche product. The flatbed could be of some use to you, if you have the appropriate ICC authority.
You can try seeing if Meyer Trucking in Colorado Springs has anything... they haul a lot of loads out of Siemens, and they do brokerage. Siemens loads can require anything from a flatbed to an RGN or double drop. It's not construction equipment, but it's something, and it doesn't pay terribly, either. , weekdays from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Does your company not know how to find loads and dispatch appropriately? I don't know your company, but I'm getting the impression that they're either trying to keep you working so that they don't have to put you on work attached unemployment, or else they're desperate and don't have a plan.
