Need info on having diabetes

    Dr_Fandango44: this is not a good use of facts. Myself, i've solicited donations from Corp.'s, (its hard), you'll knock on many a silent doors before you will receive money from anyone. Using your example, if those specific advertisers (Dunkin Donuts) did not donate money, Then you dilute the donation fund that directly helps someone, (approximately). Never turn down a dollar when its for your purpose that your strengthening. i.e. How do you want to direct your donation dollars.

    I sympathize with your dilemma. I hate to bring such tidings but I couldn't resist.
    I for one will only donate funds to causes close to home, if ever.
    Just goes to show that at times we really don't know if our donation money is going to a destination that is honest and above board.
    but perhaps I'm just being naive. just wish those bike riders had something a bit more appropriate to snack on.....like celery sticks or even a banana.
    Perish the thought. Back to the real world.
