Need Information on Roehl and Central Refrigerated - Which one is best?

I am looking at Central Refrigerated and Roehl and wondering who offers the best training program along with benefits etc. Any info on these 2 companies would sure be appreciated. I have heard a lot of good about both of them and am trying to decide which of the companies would be better to pursue. If you have worked, for both, I would definitely like to hear about your experience with them. If you have worked with one of them or attended their training let me know how you liked it. I am not licensed and have to attend one of their schools so would sure like to hear from those who have been there. Thanks!
