Need my car moved, whats fair? Ft Worth to Phoenix

I usually call ahead but most times you get the receptionist up front who has no clue what the size of your truck is and if you can get in to their dealership or not.
A lot of my deliveries in Florida you can’t get in the dealership and they don’t have off site delivery’s.
It’s just the way it is down there because it’s so congested real-estate is very scarce...
