I was just replying to the OP who said "fly out to Arkansas to see my regular Dr who passes me every time for this.".
From that, it does seem like his doctor is rubber stamping, and the OP wishes to disregard his high bp problem and find a way to get around it.

 

You cannot drive into Mexico but you can drive to the border crossing near Yuma, AZ / Algodonas Mexico and walk across the border. MANY American & Canadian "snow birds" visit Algodonas for pharmacy, medical, and dental surgery. Mexican pharmacies don't need a prescription for blood pressure medications like Lisinopril & Chlorthalidone. The US Border/Customs may demand to see a prescription from a US doc, or not.

This vid is a few years old but still applies. There is a casino at the border crossing that charges $20-30 per day to park big trucks. You can easily walk from the parking lot to any of the pharmacies.

Then buy a blood pressure monitor and take it yourself and see. It’s not rocket surgery and they are not expensive.

 

I was talking about a truck driver driving his, or his company's semi-truck into Mexico for personal reasons. But I've never done the trip so I welcome the advice of people that have done it.
