    Anyone have or know someone with a class -A truck who is willing to let me practice for the skills test? I have a valid permit and will pay a fee for a full day/days. Message me. Must be in Chicago area.

    I doubt you'll find anyone because of insurance purposes. Plus you can use $40 an hour just in fuel not to mention truck wear and tear and the person's time. I'm not sure about the practicing part but they have plenty of truck rental places in Chicagoland that cater to CDL testing.

    How do you plan on getting a job with no experience? You really need to go through a training program like everyone else. There's a lot more to it than just driving.
