Lots of companies are changing the hiring requirements the past few months. Too many experienced drivers looking for work is the reason.

    Pulse by Tenstreet
Our first software for drivers. The pulse app gives drivers access to the hiring process. Plus, drivers can like or block carriers & chat with recruiters.

There recruiters love playing...we'll get back with ya at some point, maybe.

You'll have to call them. They wont call you.

    Emails sent....unanswered. Real professional staff......NOT.

First off stop listening to drivers, most have no idea. Either company you will do fine. Your going to get out of it, what you put in. So if your a piece of ^$#$ then expect the same in return.

Listen to Chinatown's advice about what companies to go with...Find one that suits you, get your year OTR in.

    Don't get a speeding ticket,

don't get a lane violation ticket.

    don't get a axle violation,

don't park in the fuel islands for a 30 minute break, ever.

After you got the year of violation free OTR experience, Give Robbie D Wood a chance to get to learn tankers. If they will hire you, shoot straight to Messer Gas in Charlotte.

You're near Charlotte.... get your experience for a year and move over to hauling either fuel or cryo around that area. You'll be home every day making 110K a year driving a daycab on a 2100-0900 schedule with weekdays off. With full bennys, 401K, Health,Dental, Life.

Hauling fuel or Cryo is the BEST that trucking can offer nowadays. You get the money and you get to go home every night if you live within 100 miles of the terminal.
