I'm looking for some advice here. I started with USxpress in 2007,not a bad company to start out with imo. In 2009 I left Usxpress for a local flatbed, chip hauling lumber job. I quit that job reason being they have a push push push mentality and i got caught up in the money and in doing so got a few tickets. NOT blaming them it was my own darn fault. Since then i figured i would give my CDL a rest let some drop off. On top of that i have a incident on my DAC report. While driving with usxpress i have a lane change violation that apparently hit a car. A side front bumper i was told later. Well to put it short USxpress labeled it as a preventible accident. I have been turned down from a couple driver jobs now because of this DAC report incident. Usxpress wont even hire me back unless i get 6 months of OTR with another company with not violations... lol yes i was kinda miffed by this i have a great delivery track record with them. So with that Im lost on what to do or where to go.

Can i get that removed off my DAC? paying lawyer ect ect

Is there a decent company out there anyone can suggest to go with that may give me a chance?

Lastly to help myself can i get the tickets removed from my MVR record to help my chances of getting back in a truck?

I honestly just want to get back to work and make some decent money again, I live in MI around the Flint area and there is nothing going on here with a decent pay that i have found.

    Thanks from the Jester!

Good place for your question... I'm not sure but I think your DAC can be cleared, as for the company I have no idea...

Yeah most companies req 6 months in last three yrs (OTR )
not sure on the DAC ...did you get a ticket for it?
Seemed like you were unsure it happened ???

I know Conway TL ( I work for ) will take you with four months ...or check you might be able to do a refresher course in Taylor mi

nope no ticket, no D.O.T. on the Dac report accident. Just a phon call from the company, then a letter of appeal after i got home a couple months later. And yes the appeal date was already long gone by the time i got home lol. I mean i know im semi new with only 3 years of OTR. but this all just seems not right. Was going to call DACfix.com, but then i read some reviews, looks like i can do it myself through hireright.com . I asked about the refresher course, they said no.
