Checked all 4 websites & it depends on what you want as a new driver; tried to list some differences in the companies.

Halvor Lines Inc - 4 divisions within the same company; van, reefer, flatbed, decked van(car/vehicle hauling). Sue Vinjie is the reefer division; must be the owners wife, sister or something. Running 48 states & Canada. "Halvor Lines, Inc. has been selected as one of the Top 20 Best Fleets to Drive For by TCA and Carriers Edge."

Millis Transfer - runs Eastern half of the USA. Must either graduate from Millis CDL school or have one year experience; unless the rules have recently changed.

HO Wolding - trucks have APU's and run 48 states. Overall the company has an excellent reputation. Pays practical miles.

Marvin Keller - mostly regional runs. Has some 48 state runs, but mostly regional stuff. Probably more hometime with them.

If I were a young driver just starting out and wanting to see the USA, Would probably narrow it down to Halvor or HO Wolding. Halvor has the best looking tractors.
