need some advise ( idaho) newbi

i started my trucking school at a place called sage truck driving school, and it will last 4 to 6 weeks, my schooling is already payed for, so i do not half to go with anyone i don't want to, i do need to get trucking asap because i decided to become a trucker because of family money needs so i cant wait around for ever looking, and i have ran headaches trying to find another company to hire me, Cr England of course hired me, but since iv found this site and ever since i have applied for dozens of places, including local and anything i can possibly find, other than cre, and so far i get a yes than no more calls or a no, here are some i applied for, cre, swift, knight, Stevens, on and on central refrigerated on and on, my driving record is the problem a year to a year and a half ago is that i had an sr-22 to maintain insurance, long story short a year and a half ago i got pulled over and i forgot to pay my insurance there for dropping my sr-22 and making my license go back to susp. i know dumb me i also was in a friend truck that was uninsured, in Idaho even if its not your vehicle it is your responsibility to have insurance. so i got a no insurance ticket and a driving on a susp. a year and a half ago, other than that i have nothing on my record for 3 to 5 year's back. now that iv filled out about 30 applications i find my self not finding anymore option's, i need help i do not want to be stuck with cr england, swift is working hard for me but it seems like a no so far he is looking into the tickets that are a year ago, dang Idaho post tickets when it first happens and when it clears it re-post them, so now i argue with the recruiter that it is not a double tickets but a re post, so he is taking it to the boss to try and hire me, and i call him back tomorrow at 10am to get my final answer, than if a no it seems like out of 30 apps, i will be stuck going with cre. i need to see if there are other options out there that i have not considered as a newbie i may not know what other options are out there. thanks

 

and possibly pride transport will hire me, they said call a week before i graduate cdl classes and they will start my process for driving, so after i looked hard on there site i came across this page that showed a guy who is an owner and it says he is a grand son or great grand son of Chester Rodney England, Cr England, so all my excitement went down the drain. seems after i told them cr hired me but iam playing all options they said oh no problem we can work you. so i think if they run company similar means oh if cre said yes than you will here to. ? it does seem to me that pride is a decent company though.
