    some states are very peticular. while others are lax.

    last lvl 3 i had was indiana. never even looked at my logs. just ask what time i started. and signed me off.

    musta been bored at 1 a.m. monday night. and was looking for some conversation.

    Being old--and somewhat lazy when I am home chillin--I have no desire to go hunting--but to and from WAS a requirement at one time--then was changed--If what is left of my memory serves me--it would have been sometime in the late 80's
