Need someone to protect me from Double Brokerage.

    I am looking for a law firm that specializes in trucking law. I have been hit by 3 fraud Trucking companies and i am trying to find a way to make sure the loads that i am sending are with a reputable company? I have singed up for Freight Checkers and they Suck!!! Looking for any other aps that would help me check out the company that wants to haul for us. The other issues is the trucker that get screwed also fail to protect themselves but looking into the credit worthiness of the company that offering the load.. Any advise on a Law firm and trucking app would be great.

    carrier411 will help, as long as you aren't the first company that gets scammed by the double broker. Once they've scammed a few folks the freight guards go up and then it's easy to catch them. Avakotos (sp?) also has some great intel on how to avoid getting scammed.

    All of the glendale gang use certain insurance and factoring companies. If you no load the factoring companies/insurance, it will go a long way. i can send the list i have. Also they all work out of call centers in other countries. IF you can check the IP address you will see Armenia and Uzbekistan and India.

    No idea, but i see notes from our back office that they are using an IP address during the setup process from Bombay. My guess is its our IT dept that knows all about that.
