Remember if you go with prime DON'T LEASE no matter how hard they try to push it. And you'll be with a Trainer for a LONG time.......and USXpress is 100% auto's...........and Star they talk themselves up real good on the phone but I have yet to talk to one happy star driver

i do believe its been said here, that US Express is getting all new truck with no more automatics...??? but he can still get one for a while, if he were to go there.

actually, Conway Truckload "might" be a better choice, as he can probably park his rig at a nearby Conway (LTL) terminal...???

 

really, I haven't heard anything about them getting rid of the autos. I step in a better direction.....

actually i think it was mentioned here by at least one member "chompi" i think he said he's got a buddy that works there and at least 1 "newbie" from here just went there a few weeks ago......

 

I didn't know conway truckload took on newbies. Learn something new ever day! I thought they were all just experienced teams

 

i don't know this for sure either, in my post i was basically suggesting where he can park his rig when at home. like when i was at NAVL (north american van lines) i worked for "corporate Com-Trans division" we did the general freight. i was able to park at a local NAVL agent location, since the trucks are "badged".....
