A TV show at a Walcott, Iowa truck stop ask me years ago, Tramp what's the crazyist thing you have ever seen in an 18 wheeler, I scratched my beard, and said ME.

 

That's funny! My husband and I have eaten there a few times years ago. I'd always get the chicken-fried steak and my husband would get one of those huge steaks - practically raw (gagged the poor waitress). It's probably been a good fifteen years since I've been there.

There used to be a pretty good stop in Coralville, IA but the local politicians allowed it to be torn down. Not sure why - seems like there is another stripper bar there now or something.

i actually quit driving about 5 or 6 wks ago....due to health...tthe trucks on my page werent mine just a couple we drove, but thanks

 

I'm sorry to hear that and sure hope it's something temporary and not so serious you won't be able to drive again.

Found him!!! Turns out he's not even a member of any online trucker's forums, but you guys have been great. Thanks a million and stay safe out there! We talked for about an hour last night and it was really good to hear from him.
