Need to know where starter relay is mounted on 2002 pete 379

    Older trucks have the round style solinoid on the firewall. They then went to the sealed relay you have. 2011 and up went with a small round relay mounted on the starter with a gear reduction starter.

    There's a breaker in the frame rail on a Pete just between the starter and the rail...a PITA to get to, but if you can get a jumper wire across the two terminals and she fires...there you go. I've discovered that twice in the last 20 years.

    Fill dirt. State road project. . Have to dig out and Re stone it.
