Need to sharpen up my backing up skills

I improved my backing by getting practice on my off days or after my 14 was over.

Just talk to the manager.

I had a summer seasonal gig (no experience required) and out of 5 of us that started same week, I was the only one that finished the entire season. Two did not last 2 weeks, and the other two were out by week 5.

None of the others were willing to do off day practice...and one of noobs did this even after being OTR for 3 months with a mega.

 

Yes Moose you are right I am 100% wrong. 100% wrong. Acknowledging as many times as you pointed it out.
Perhaps you could read all my posts and point out where I am wrong.

You really need to chill. I don't give a dang about your other posts. You came in this thread and told a driver seeking help with backing to not put any emphasis on setups because every situation is different. When you or anybody does this I am going to get VERY vocal. My advice here is NOT an opinion. You will NEVER have the ability to dock or back correctly until you master those setups. This industry has a bad enough problem as it is with drivers that have no business driving trucks. Then I come in here and see advice I know will cause a green driver or a what to be problems later on, I get angry.

 

That is not what I said. I did not say don't practice basics. I said don't just practice the same one or two. So you are calling me wrong when you misunderstood?
