And to newbie325 , the majority of graduates won't find jobs . That speeding ticket kills your chances with 95% of the carriers .newbie325 Thanks this. -
Thanks well now I know that because of my ticket that I will probably have to wait another year for that to drop off. What I do not understand is that it has been 2 yrs already and that it was in my personal vehicle.

Rick G,No one said anything of the sort. The question was asking about a good company to drive for,and one that provides training, period. You decided to make it personal by looking up a post about a totally different topic which has absolutely nothing to do with this thread at all.If you do not have any info to help me,then don't answer because I don't care to hear your B.S. Your response was totally unprofessional.

newbie325 Thanks this.

White Line what he says is true, you are the one who is MR UNION. Where are your UNION jobs????????????????????????????

According to 49 CFR 383.51 and 302.700, RSMo., CDL drivers who are convicted of certain disqualifying offenses while operating their personal vehicle may have their CDL privilege disqualified. There are some offenses that must be committed in a CMV for disqualification action to be taken. -
How do I go about getting this disqualification action to be taken? I did not even have my cdl then. That is what I am so confused about. I talked to the safety director at PFG in Indiana and he said he would bring me on if he had some available spots.
