    I almost forgot to mention British Comedies. Are You Being Served is my favorite along side Keeping Up Appearances. Other shows I like include Hogan's Heroes and The Nanny.

    If you're pulling an all nighter. Getting late. Fighting staying awake. I plug my iPhone into my dash stereo. Crank it full blast. With this on....

    I guarantee you. By the time this is over. You'll be bouncing in your seat. Only thing you'll have to worry about is a cop seeing you.

    6 months of experiences will allow you to upgrade to a better company if that is appropriate for you. Maybe not the best company, but a better company. Main thing is to own the change. You are changing because you do not like the way you were being run. Find a company that will run you the way you want. Part of that is to own your home time. Tell them what you expect and when you expect it. Or as a former member would say " Got to manage them before they manage you". It will be good practice for when you need to manage customers when you own your shop.

    1 Year is a major milestone that opens up many more possibilities.
