Hold your DM to it, and refuse any more loads that do not get you home.

If you let them push you around, they will do so.
And I can not stress that enough.

If you want the respect, you have to stand your ground for what is right.

I may wind up doing just that.
Btw, here is the preplan they sent me today. The first pic is where I pick the load up at. The second is where i drop it off.

I just don't want to seem wishy washy as my employment history isnt all that good. I need a stable job history but I'm just questioning whether I should put up with all this in order to get that stable job history. My logical side says yes I should. However, another side says no I shouldn't. I guess part of that side is being immature. However, I also I can only take so much before I go bat crap crazy.

To be out 7 weeks is a long time I think.

My suggestion would be to call all of the LTL companies that are where your home base is.

Some of the LTL companies will actually train you and especially if you already have your CDL some of them will have you work on the dock until an opening comes that you can drive.

When you went through orientation, did they tell you how often they would be able to get you home?

Haha. I been doing that since yesterday morning. And it hasn't really helped. :p
Although, I did meet an owner/operator that could tell I was down. He talked to me a bit and to be honest, he helped me feel better. He told me that I would be given a lot of crap for that first year or two. After that, people and companies would start lining up to hire me. I'm kinda skeptical.about that though.
