I live in tx, I have a f250 diesel 4x4 rated at 8800 #. I would love to put it to work. But I know it is only a 3/4 ton. I have been driving since I was 18. I'm now fixing to turn 25 in may. I would like to start a hot shot business. I would love to start by driving for a company in there truck to make some money and learn the ropes. Then invest into my own truck. I'm willing to go over the road in a big truck to make some money also. I have class A CDL.

I started driving a L8000 flat bed and soon move into a 357 pete with a 28 foot roll back. I drove there in WI for three years before moving to tx. The last few years I have been driving over size loads. Barns and cabins started with one tons and moved up to a pete with a 53 foot drop deck cabin trailer. I delivered all over tx, into people's back yards on hills in mud and out in west tx. I haven't seen it all thats for sure but have a few miles under my belt. Not afraid to learn and would love to be an owner operator some day. Not sure if Hot shot in a little truck or big rig or dump truck? Still wanting to learn what would be best!!
    Thanks for reading

There's an expediting section here at the forum and a whole other forum dedicated to expediting. I suggest you start there to gather more information.
    Good luck to you!

You could pull travel trailers. It's a growing business.
