Need you suggestion badly

Sometimes bias is a factor; hopefully not too often, but it does happen.

 

Well when you have a difference from every or most everybody else. Then you see them do things or constantly get away with things,you cant.
When you have to be 100% correct but see them getting a pass with only 80%. The natural reaction is to blame it on bias due to the first and most oblivious thing that is different between you and them.

 

True. Not saying this isn't the case but I wasn't there to witness. Failing 6 times, there must be more to the story than what we're hearing. Some people don't do well under pressure of testing.

 

If OP failed 6 times then trucking is not for him/her.

 

But if he/she is an immigrant, doesn't that guarantee entitlement? Nancy and Schumer says it does!!!!

 

I already stated the DMV decides if the OP is a Citizen sufficient to get a CDLA like anyone else able to do so. This includes travelers who switch over to the American CDLA for maximum of one year with a visa. If the OP is working on testing to get a CDLA at the DMV then citizenship is not even a question.

I don't know if this is a duplicate thread. But the more 6 failed tests for CDLA sits on my thinking, then its possible the OP is not suited to trucking.

Anything else falls from the Examiner to the OP and only the OP will know in his or her heart that he or she has been deeply offended by the Tester in some way. That would be the time to find a Lawyer if the NY DMV cannot accomodate the developing situation.

Its incredibly hard for people to fail trucking school which provides a minimum sufficient to pass the State Test. And if you failed that 6 times when each attempt should have made the OP more comfortable each time knowing what to expect, then the Test has not changed. Something happened between OP and Tester. if I wanted to address that subject then I face a ban from TTR because I have a history of either prosecuting or defending those who are not normal American Citizens. We are a nation of immigrants. You wont believe what my line is made up of starting with Napoleon who laid waste to Kassel in 1805 war against Russia. 150,000 went to America to start over by 1825 and the other 850,000 went to Ukraine as Jewry to start over there on German State Tickets of travel. Thats just one example.

This is as far as I am going on this topic. Fail 6 times? Then one must consider that trucking is not for the OP. We do not get all of the information to TTR forums many times it's pulling teeth.

At the end of the day I want the OP to overcome whatever the problem is and get that CDLA that is the foundation of my feelings and motivation here. However given the two columns, the positive things and the negative things if you keep failing something that is not changed then you have a problem with proceeding forward. With yourself personally vs the truck or with the Examiner who has somehow deeply offended the OP.

Then write a /SARC or something after your post. Otherwise I take it at face value. /sarc, /tease, /whatever etc.
So basically your post has created a waste of time on both of our parts. Its too bad.

 

Any thought that has been or can be transcribed into witten word...is never a waste of time.
