Why are you even in the business if you don't want to deal with anything? You probably won't be able to find a company that you're 100% satisfied with. If you do, they are rare and will probably charge a lot.
Like they say, if you want something done right, do it yourself. Why don't you hire someone to do the work? 1 person can handle 2 trucks no problem.
But it really sounds like you want something hands off, which is not trucking. I'd sell and invest your money into something else.
