Ma'am nothing I can say can help the situation. When you explained he went back to help that scared driver down the hill I could see most good veteran drivers doing the same. Helping a newer driver is a sign of a driver with a teachers heart. Sometimes things we don't forsee can happen. This is just a terrible accident that happened to someone trying to lend a hand.
