    I think it's safe to say that one can go down a hill to slow all ya want, but you can only go down a hill too fast once.

    It's excellent you seem to have found a job outside of the mega-carriers but I guess no trainer is the price you are paying. Take it slow, don't copy the supertruckers out there. Just because they are going fast doesn't mean they are right. Actually the experienced ones you will find take their time. At least you have this forum to get some pretty good info.     thanks chompi.......toom on my first hill yesterday...around fort quapelle sask .....truck starting doggin as i was in dead bottom...i dropped to 7 was good for a bit bogged down agian went to 6th and the good ole pete pulled me up the rest of the way
