The shippers & receivers run the show; they can treat drivers anyway they want and if you speak/up for yourself they let you know quick that you don't have any rights.
Your company won't stick up for you either, I've had it, I'm not a prisoner on a work release program and I refuse to be treated like one.Canned Spam Thanks this. -
The dispatcher and the lazy transportation manager are THE WORST!!! Richard, the high strung, always pissed off dispatcher can't get his #### straight for nothing! Your dispatcher is who the truckers are suppose to be able to turn to when they need something, but this lazy jerk always has an attitude like they're bothering him and NEVER has loads to go out. He leaves the truckers hanging for hours, sometimes days and never gets back to them when he says he will. He goes home for the day or weekend knowing his guys are waiting for him to call them back with their next load or info they requested. And the lazy transportation manager flat out doesn't care and lets Ricahard get away with it!!!!! This is a multi-billion dollar company and theres never any loads? Seriously? No loads? This company needs to get rid of these 2 waste cases and find people who actually give a ####!

Nestle is a poor company to drive for. They are all about safety safety safety when it is to their advantage. Other wise it is get the job done, wink wink, we just don't want to hear about it. One of the most hypocritical companies in the fortune 500.

Yeah, they bend me over a log but I wouldn't pull my pants down for them
.... It just didn't feel right to me
So I left them for another
.... You guys Crack me up -
That pretty much sums up the whole trucking industry, unfortunately -
I currently work for Nestle and get 2500 miles or better every week I get paid for detention time from the minute I get to the receiver and the benefits cost me and my family only $120 a month.
I think the guys who posted bad stuff on here about Nestle Transportation are just some of the group of guys like we have here currently that just like to complain all the time and don't realize how good they have it they're paying us close to $0.50 a mile and you can get all the miles you want I have been here since 2010 and as far as some of the things that guys are complaining about I think they're just whinersskinnytrucker Thanks this. -
And we have another newbie/company shill responding to posts made over 2 years ago. Some of the posts made by drivers who’ve since moved on...
