Nevada turning into California?

What does jumping on the epa announcement made this last week bandwagon and passing a bill to go electric zero emissions trucks got to do with water? Did i miss something or is that just a way to distract from the issue?

 

Colorado is well and truly screwed already. Anything along the Front Range is already Californicated.

 

Federal government spending waste pushed down to the state in the form of block grants and wasted there by the state government.

They're trying to con the manufacturers of heavy trucks into believing that everyone wants inferior electric trucks by paying part of the sticker price.
