So kind of a fast/slow day here at Mike's used cars. We've got deals gallor! For you and all your used automobile needs. Yesterday the new owner took delivery of the 2002 Astrovan so that's all gone now. So we only have 2 vehicles left in stock and because of that I'm slashing prices! The 2000 F-150 4x4 has been lowered to $2500. At that price it won't last long!
Also still have a beautiful 2004 Chevy Suburban 4x4 for $5,000 however I do have a bottom line on it if someone wanted to make an offer. Pretty soon once were out of stock I'll be forced to take the big inflatable gorilla off of the roof of my folk's house, but they understand I'm running a used car lot and it's common for someone in my type of business to have a big gorilla on the roof of there building or tinsel or an arm flailing inflatable tube man as shown by the educational video below:
At any rate though a few lookers came around looking at both so will see maybe one of them will even buy eventually. A gentleman from Indiana called asking about the 2000 F-150 said he was interested in buying a car for his son who was in high school and his son wants a truck. Well I don't know anything about buying cars for high school kids I didn't have a car when I was in high school, but a truck like my old 2000 F-150 would make you quite the popular kid. It doesn't work so much though when your 28. Of course I'm just happy I don't have payments. I don't think the father and son though are going to buy my truck to rusty.
Then I had a nice girl from West Virginia call up about the 2000 Ford F-150 she was nice and sounded receptive, but she needed to talk it over with her "boyfriend" who will promptly say no I know how that goes. If she does have a boy friend which I am sure she does have you ever heard of a woman without a boy friend? I don't know of any.
Personally if I had a son and I was buying a car for my son who was in high school I would think a truck like mine would be more then suitable for a high school boy. Rust and scratches and all perfect. Kid in high school should be so lucky to get my 2000 F-150 4x4 I know if I was in high school and I was told I'd be getting a 2000 F-150 4x4 I would have been hi-static probably couldn't have slept at night.
Never had this much trouble selling a car

Biggest problem is that it's deed restricted so it can't be used as a camp. Also real estate there is still very depressed. -
What a perfect example of threads changing as they go along!
Starting out with car sales, then moving on to real estate! -
