The myth that all new drivers must go to those bottom feeder companies is just that ...a myth. You just have to put in some time and maybe a little shoe-leather to find the one that will offer you a chance. Good Luck cmac7203!

 

For now it's also a myth a person must attend a CDL mill to get a CDL and job . Many private companies will train warehouse or construction workers to be drivers . All a CDL mill qualifies you to do is pass the DMV tests . With some that takes multiple attempts . Don't expect a second chance with a carrier road test .
It's also a myth "anybody can be a truck driver " . Many people lack the perception , coordination , and other skills . Giving a CDL mill thousands of dollars is not the way to find out if you have the ability or not .
