New box truck owner operator - Not sure which business to start

    I used a local moving company once.They charged by the hour. 2 or 3 Guys priced accordingly. 3 being done faster costing more. Doing the math I think He had a pretty good business. Cost me about $600 for a short day. I imagine half was profit. You’d have to figure all that out with local rates and pay etc. Otherwise I’ve seen a few Independant new furniture delivery companies. Furniture store refers customer to in house delivery co. That seems pretty good also. As furniture and mattresses are almost always selling. Steady work.Expiditing Freight isn’t what it used to be.Id stay out of the freight hauling business.

    insurance and the fuels expensive going to be about the same why not go for the regular semi and go out there and make better money
