New business in KCMO

Hi, new here from KCMO.
Me and 2 partners decided to start out own trucking company and just here to get advice and ask questions about truck if I have any issues and such.

Our first rig were running is a 1996 Pete 378 with a 3406E 475hp cat 18 speed and I think 4.75 gears.
Dual line wet kit.
Looking to hual equipment, flatbeds and end dumps with this rig.

Any advice on the truck is always appreciated. Thanks
