I have a full time job that i plan on staying at, but would like to start a side business. I own a 05 F450 flatbed 4.88 gears and looking to buy a 40ft gooseneck or enclosed 3 car hauler. Im a diesel mechanic not worried about maintenace.

Will companys lease my truck and trailer if i own it and hire driver? If so what companys? (Acme)

How much could i expect to to make based out of east Texas with a hired driver? Anyone with expierience doing/done this?

There are companies you can lease on they take 25% off gross and dispatching you loads, you pay insurance about $1000 per month so the truck needs to run full time. Pay you can expect 2-$300 per day net, a pickup is like getting yourself a job so if you have driver you make little or nothing.
