New career with southeast carriers from start to finish

I picked up a load at West Monroe LA, on Sunday. I deliver in Irwindale. CA, on Thursday morning. They are keeping me busy. I haven't been posting much lately because I have for all practical purposes adopted a family of Handicapped people. Most of my down time is spent helping them out. I'm still very happy driving for SEC.

 

I don't know why but I'm having trouble logging on to this website. A msg told me I'm temporarily blocked because of too many log in attempts. Whatever?

Ya I'm doing great! I picked up a load on Sunday in West Monroe LA, that i will deliver in Irwindale CA. on Thursday. I just have to make a detour because of the washed out bridge on I-10 in CA. I haven't been posting on here because a lot of my spare time is spent helping out a family of handicapped people. I have become their mentor.

 

I can tell you one good thing about I-10 being closed between Desert Center and Coachella CA, There is plenty of parking spaces available at the TA truck stop off of exit #146. I suppose the Loves on the other side of the Interstate also has plenty of parking. This is going to really hit these businesses around here in the pocket book.

Program?

 

I think they looked into starting a new driver training program last year. The Insurance would have been too expensive so they dropped that idea.They require a minimum of 2 years but in some cases they will accept 1 year of driving experience.
