New CDL-A driver W/Hazmat

Worked for Cemex for a little over a year it was a pretty swell company they pay by the load which averages about 31.00 an hour depending on how many hours you work. The only thing I did not like about them is that if you had local work by your plant they would let you do a couple of loads then they would send you across town. And they do have there favorites,

 

And because of Covenant sending him home, he now is personanagrata at 15 other companies covenant associates with with their privately maintained database. Probably marked as non hireable as well.

This is a classic problem with newbies in this industry, no one is going to hire anyone worth a #### until one does and you learn just how bad it really is.

You have a CDL etc by your own bootstraps. Congrats. Hold on to it. You have alot to learn and will once you get going.
