Western Express is a 2nd chance company and has saved many a trucking career for the drivers that need a 2nd chance.

 

Schneider has a terminal in Gary Indiana and one near St. Louis I think.

Swift also has a terminal in Gary, IN, and one in Edwardsville, KS that might be closer to the OP.

 

Did you try Carter Express? I think they hire new CDL holders. Try the job feature on here, you'll probably come across all kinds of suggestions.

 

You could try Keller in Defiance Ohio. They hire new drivers and have Guaranteed minimum pay every week $900 or$1000 they hire out of Illinois. They would make you go to their DOT doctor for another physical. At 450 lbs the doctor might want a sleep test. At one time they had agility test but I don’t think they do that anymore. It’s worth a call just to see if they have anything you might want to do. They do have cameras
