    Don't even think about changing jobs until you've got 3 years accident free trucking at your current job. It'll go by quickly. The economy will probably be a lot better and you'll be able to get a job somewhere paying $100k+ your application will rise to the top of all the job hoppers who can't cut it anywhere.

    Stay where you are at for 1 year and switch to HazMat tanker/fuel. You can't quit your way to success, usually.
