I can give you some more trucking company names. Ask each one about home time policy; they're all different.

Decker has 11/3 or 21/5 for hometime. They do hire newbies.

A decent company depends on EXACTLY how you define "decent home time". The answer is a number. Ditto "good pay" is a number. I'm not asking you to tell me what those numbers are, but everyone has a different definition of good. It depends on your cost of living, location, etc. EVERYONE wants a decent job with good pay and good home time, they just have very very different definitions of good. First on the lists are the trucking companies near you. An online only job search will not get the best results, it's just easier to do than going into trucking companies or calling trucking companies and speaking to current working drivers at trucking companies in your area. If you lose your keys you look where they may be, not under the street light because it's easier to see under the street light.

It's a process and company web sites & recruiter words are highly unreliable.
