The regs do not require that you were working at a job for the 3 years. If you have a way to document what you were doing for the period, that may satisfy many companies. You should be able to do this with references to people that knew what you were doing.

I agree, I think they could use the "Covid" card with no issues. The fact they have the CDL should over shadow any gaps in employment,,,I hope.
