The thing with Roehl and there home time fleets is being near a drop yard/terminal. Big one in Gary IN. You'd have to commute biweekly. And it's slip seating. The 14/7 I believe is 2 trucks between 3 drivers.

Do you know how their 7/4 7/3 system works? Im not a fan of slip seating.
-
Same thing, but 1 truck 2 drivers. Actually, that might be 2 trucks 3 drivers as well, the 7/7 is 1 truck 2 drivers. Regardless, all the home time fleets are slip seating. They don't want the money maker sitting.

Hey Troy, I didn't mean to mislead you with the Roehl deal. There are always tradeoffs, especially in this business. I only brought it up because no one to the best of my knowledge offers a better home time program. The slip seat and 2ish hour commute to Gary may be worth it to you.
Not to over complicate things, but Maverick is another company that gets their guys home weekends. At least on the FB side. Just another option...TroyD Thanks this. -
Also I'm not saying don't do it, or do it. Just giving you the info I have for you to do with it, what you will.
TroyD Thanks this. -
Oh by all means thats why Im asking is to get info. Right now I have nothing to go on but what little I can find out online and I have already learned so much from you experienced guys and gals.

Yeah its definitely worth looking into. Thank you.
I did look into Maverick but Im not in their hiring area.
