I hate that you gotta go through that man. CR England loves to go non stop. I don't get the whole 3 to a truck ordeal. At least you're getting to experience the worst part of trucking early. Be mentally prepared to stick it out if none of these suggestions hit. You lack experience and that's a hindrance to your opportunities. It sucks, but if you can get by the training phase, it'll be good. Meanwhile, I don't think it's a bad idea to have a conversation about hygiene. I know sometimes it's hard to get showers everyday, but you can't let it get out of control, especially when you're not the only one in the truck.

!st thing to do instead of jumping ship is to get ahold of your training coordinator. Inform them of the situation. Tell stinky too bathe!

Request another trainer asap. They don't want to oblige....then start looking. You're under contract? They own you for a while...

Call CRE and ask for a different trainer. Companies switch trainers frequently.

I'm exhausted by newbies that won't do ANY research about a company and then complain about what they signed up for, but I guess that isn't changing any time soon. It's like joining the Army and then asking if you can sleep in because you are a night-owl. Yeah, no.

What's the sleeping situation like with three to a truck. Is it a different hotel every night? Are you with a local driver that drops you both off at the same place at the end of the day? Or are we talking about a constant run situation?
