Try & get the Trainer too admit fault during the conference with the Training Mgr. Then, ask for the Company to reimburse for the ticket.
(regardless of the Companies actions, pay the fine and work your job...there will be more tickets, probably about one every 18 mos during your first few years of driving.)

After you've fulfilled your student contract...look for a Carrier that is focused to the fundamentals of truck safety. (as a student you do not have a strong understanding of all the rules to the road.)

The GPS, is it for Truck routes or the cheaper version for Cars...im dumbfounded as to how this occurred. Press the issue at the meeting...it sounds B.S.

Paraphrase your statement: How will an expired Annual Vehicle Inspection Decal support Truck Safety today. (it wont...the truck is considered unsafe until it has a Current Vehicle Insp.)
