New Class A driver looking for job!

Hi everyone,
I cleared my class AZ license in November 2019 and i still cant find a job in Ontario . The only problem I have 3 demerit points on my license. Most of the companies don’t hire new driver if they do, they want abstract to be clean.Can anyone suggest companies that hire new driver with demerit points in Ontario.
