    Oh I’ve been considering it long before this came out lol
    Having my wallet pillaged by the state is the number one reason to leave this one. I am here still, and expect I have more than a few years left due to personal/familial ties. My line in the sand isn’t bound by the cost to bear to live here.

    I sure would like to be somewhere warmer n cheaper.

    Yeah.....as a dry bulk carrier (mostly hopper)...I won't participate in this "privilege". They can stuff it. Not even gonna register

    Their dumb website keeps resetting my session and I’m about to go insane. Can’t finish this registration however I try.

    As a carrier, are we supposed to go online and register or something? I got mine about a month or so ago, I still have it, I may write something on there and send it back to them....

    I dont go up that way at all....

    You do have to register, and keep a copy of the certificate in your permit book.

    If you don't ever go to CT, you don't need to register.

    I registered and am already regretting it. Unfortunately a regular run of mine to MA is the best money available right now. I sure hate that this means I'll have to do this monthly forever. Monthly? What a joke.
