Be honest. I want to hear the bad news and the good news. Drivers hate surprises.

Independent dispatcher? I never understand why anyone uses these services. I hope you didn't pay much for the training because there won't be much of a market for your services.

My handles my dispatch functions. ..billing etc. I always have her find out as much about the load as she can before accepting. Drivers need good information on pickup times, delivery appointments, what the product is and there is an expectation of driver involvement in loading or unloading. Don't sugar coat anything, just be honest and up front with all parties involved.
