New DOT/MC pending running intrastate for time being

    Hey all, new to the site and new to the business. I have a bit of experience but on my own for the first time... I would like to know while my MC is pending can I run Intrastate??? I am out of NJ hauling cars and the work is out here for sure. Rates.. Ill save that for a different thread lol. THANK YOU for any input!!

    No, if you have not received a letter from fmsca stating your MC is active. The MC has to be active to haul freight. Be patient grasshopper :D:D
