Is it rue what I heard that the DOT has a multitude of new health regulations for truckers? I can't find a list but I heard a few that steamed my beans. Is there a place to go get a list of them?
Thanks,
Dave

You can google it to find more but that is where the added medical and health regulations are being put under
Also you will find a driver rating system where drivers will be scored by safety and performance during inspections etc
There is also a company eating also under these guide lines
Google CSA-2010

I just went thru the CSA 2010 training with my company, there was no mention of new health regulations mentioned. The driver fitness they mentioned was in regards to your CDL. Making sure you have your current medical card, etc. I also read the FMCSA regs and there was no mention of health requirements.
Do the google search, find out. This is very important imformation for you have as a driver. Talk to your company, see if they are doing any kind of training.
The way I took it was, they are replacing the SafeStat with these new regs. Making the driver more responsible for safety. It will affect the bad companies and drivers.

It will also cost the companies some big bucks if they knowingly
coerce drivers into running illegal.
